BVM also collects information you provide directly on the Site, including but not limited to when you sign up for a BVM event, communicate with BVM, or contact BVM regarding inquiry or interest in investment opportunities.

Information You Provide to Us

If you sign up to receive BVM newsletters or provide contact information or other information about yourself when signing up for a BVM event, BVM may receive and/or ask you to provide personal information, including certain identification information, your email address. If you have provided your name, email address, phone number, and other contact information on the Site, BVM may retain access to all of the information you have provided, including the email address associated with an email message.

Information Collected Automatically

BVM may collect information during your visit to the Site through automatic data collection tools, which may include cookies and other commonly used information gathering tools. BVM is committed to protecting the privacy of young children and therefore does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from any person who is under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you should NOT use the Site at any time. BVM requests that children under 13 years of age, without parental consent in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), do not submit any information.

How BVM Uses and Shares Information

Contracting You: BVM may use personal information you provide in order to contact you. For example, if you sign up for the BVM newsletter, BVM may use your contact information to send you the BVM newsletter and other communications from BVM. If you provide BVM with contact information or other contact information in response to or relating to a BVM event, BVM may use the information to contact you regarding questions, inquiries, or related information about your interest or investment in any of BVM's events. If you submit unsolicited ideas or other ideas or data to BVM through the Site, BVM cannot and will not accept responsibility for protecting against misuse or disclosure of any confidential or proprietary information included in such materials. In the absence of BVM's express written statement to you, if requested to us in this Privacy Policy with respect to your personal information, any ideas, information and other materials sent to BVM will be considered non-confidential and BVM will be free to use, copy, distribute, disclose and otherwise act upon such information on an unrestricted basis.

Access and Deletion

You may request the specific pieces of personal information we have collected from you or request that we delete the personal information that we have collected from you by contacting us at info@beachwoodventures.com. However, we may need to retain such information in certain circumstances if it is necessary to provide you with services you requested or if we use such data only for our internal analytics use. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the TTPA. We will not deny you goods or services or charge you a lesser quality of service, if you choose to exercise these rights.
